The mission of the Institute for Public Policy is to contribute to effective, responsive and accountable public policy making in Central Asia.
The legacy of Soviet policy-making instruments and certain maladaptive patterns of social dynamics continue to engender detached, ineffective and unaccountable policy-making practices in the region. In today's ever-integrating world, it is vitally important to develop and uphold the best standards of public policy making. The IPP aims to contribute our best efforts to a fundamental transformation of public policy in the region via expert consultation, research, implementing educational and conflict management projects, and increasing the international exposure of regional matters.
